We don’t believe that argument! We think everyone who wants to make music should be able to. Music is not just a professional thing, it something we can all enjoy making. We have alway focused on creating more opportunities to make, collaborate and personally engage and we have found over and over again that music is a brilliant way to make these things happen.
Every time we invite someone to take part in music making activity we see their confidence build, their skills develop and a lot of enjoyment had. The artists that work with us develop their own musical goals, and as they do so start to find audiences for their work.
We have seen the power that music has to give people creative freedom and choices. We think that digital music making tools are just another way for us get more people making their own music on their own terms.
We like music making that is:
- artist led
- open to personal expression
- non judgemental
